Please read these Terms of Service carefully before submitting a pickup request with Wichita Appliance Removal. By checking the acknowledgment box and submitting a request, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Description
Wichita Appliance Removal provides residential appliance removal services in Wichita, KS and within a 15-mile radius. We offer a free standard removal service (2–5 business day window) and a paid Fast Service ($50, same or next-day). Service is subject to availability and geographic eligibility.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the appliance is accessible at the time of pickup — placed outside, in a garage, or just inside a ground-floor door. Our crew does not enter living spaces, upper floors, or areas requiring special access. You must ensure the appliance is disconnected from all utilities (gas, water, electricity) prior to pickup. A person 18 years of age or older must be present at the time of pickup to authorize removal.
3. Limitation of Liability
Wichita Appliance Removal is not responsible for: (a) damage to property resulting from access instructions provided by the customer; (b) appliances left unattended without a responsible adult present; (c) items not listed in the original booking request; (d) delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service request shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
4. Accepted Items
We accept standard household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, air conditioners, and water heaters. We do not accept appliances with active gas leaks, hazardous materials, commercial or industrial equipment, or items located outside our service area. We reserve the right to refuse removal of any item at our discretion.
5. Payment
Free Standard Removal is provided at no charge. Fast Service is $50, collected at the time of pickup. We accept cash, credit/debit card, and most digital payment methods. Failure to pay at the time of pickup may result in the appliance not being removed.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a pickup request at any time before our crew is dispatched by contacting us at [email protected] or (316) 555-0100. For Fast Service, cancellations made after dispatch may still incur the $50 fee.
7. Eco-Friendly Disposal
We make reasonable efforts to donate, resell, or recycle appliances responsibly. We do not guarantee a specific disposal method for any individual item. Once an appliance is removed from your property, it becomes the property of Wichita Appliance Removal.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available at https://wichitaapplianceremoval.com/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
